Refunds, Returns & Exchange Policy

At Namonamah, we care deeply about your satisfaction. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our return, refund, and exchange policy below:
✅ Returns – 7-Day Policy
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags.

The item is not a part of final sale or clearance.

A reason for return

A photo of the product (if there's a defect)
Once approved, we’ll arrange for reverse pickup (available in most locations) or guide you on self-shipping. A credit note/refund will be issued upon inspection.
🔁 Exchanges – Size Only, Within 2 Days
Need a different size?
We offer size exchanges if you notify us within 2 days of receiving the product.
Conditions:

Product must be unused and unwashed with original tags.

Only one exchange per order is allowed.

❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Items purchased on sale or during promotions

Used, washed, or damaged products (except if received damaged)
🚚 Important Notes

Reverse pickups take 3–5 working days.

Refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 7–10 days after product inspection.

In case of damaged or defective items, email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product. We’ll reimburse shipping up to ₹100 with proof.
